Located amongst sweeping rice paddies just minutes from the pristine beaches of Sri Lanka's south coast, This venueis a beautifully restored heritage home that combines authentic Sri Lankan character with modern comfort. Surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful countryside, the home showcases soaring timber ceilings, traditional king-post trusses, terracotta flooring, antique doors and windows, and carefully curated vintage furnishings that preserve its timeless character while providing every contemporary convenience.
The villa features five air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to twelve guests. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms are located within the main house, while the fifth suite sits privately within the charming House, making it ideal for retreat leaders.
Designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living, the spacious verandas provide breathtaking views across the surrounding rice fields and tropical gardens, creating peaceful spaces for morning coffee, shared conversations, or simply watching peacocks, kingfishers, and water buffalo wander through the landscape. The infinity pool overlooks the paddies, offering a serene place to unwind throughout the day.
An experienced in-house chef prepares both traditional Sri Lankan and international cuisine, with menus easily adapted to suit retreat groups and dietary requirements.
