  • Rose is an experienced wellness practitioner with over eight years in the industry, specializing in Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, sound healing, and Reformer Pilates. Her teaching style blends strength, mindfulness, and deep restoration, creating balanced and transformative experiences for her clients.

    Beyond her expertise as an instructor, Rose plays a key role in supporting retreat leaders, ensuring their retreats run seamlessly from start to finish. With a strong understanding of both the operational and experiential aspects of retreats, she provides hands-on assistance, anticipates needs, and helps create a smooth, stress-free environment for both hosts and guests.

Lea is a qualified Synergy Yoga teacher with a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced practitioners.She specializes in spinal movement.

  • Lea’s teaching style is intuitive, fluid, and deeply rooted in the principles of functional movement, breath awareness, and mindful connection.

    She specializes in spinal movement, incorporating techniques that improve posture, enhance flexibility, and support a healthy, resilient spine. Through mindful sequencing and targeted practices, Lea helps clients release tension, build core stability, and move with greater ease and freedom.

    With a passion for creating meaningful and transformative experiences, Lea designs and leads her own unique workshops, blending creativity with traditional yogic wisdom. Kamal has 20 years experience teaching traditional Hatha yoga and is equally confident in Vinyasa and Yin. His passion is in naturopathy and healing through meditation.

Dr. Chathurika is a dedicated Ayurvedic physician with over 10 years of experience in Ayurvedic medicine, specializing in patient consultation, holistic treatment, and academic lecturing across Sri Lanka.

  • Throughout her career, She has been committed to promoting natural healing methods, helping patients restore balance and well-being through personalized Ayurvedic treatments. In addition to her clinical work, she actively shares her knowledge through lectures, inspiring both students and communities to embrace the principles of Ayurveda.

    She is also the founder of a trusted herbal medicine store, where she provides high-quality, natural remedies rooted in authentic Ayurvedic traditions. Her approach is guided by a deep belief in the body’s innate ability to heal, and she is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve long-term health through nature-based solutions.

Hanah is a passionate and dynamic fitness instructor specializing in Mat and Reformer Pilates, with a strong focus on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
